Scope of Work
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Work hard to complete the sales target
- Check the daily sales record carefully and boutique stocks every day
- Hew to company policies and boutique rules
- Insure the product safety
- Achieve the other duties given by line manger
- Retail Training Responsibilities;
- Ensure the training of boutique sales force
- Provide in-store training plan and coaching other staffs
- Provide training for new employees in boutique
- Analyze the impact of training conducted to continuously improve future action plans
- Responsible for developing sales materials and implement them in the boutique
- Customer management
- To assist line manager to lead the store team by your own example in delivering great customer service.
- Communicate clearly, courteously and effectively with all customers, resolving all concerns and questions satisfactorily.
- Openly recognize great customer service.
- Ensure CRM in line with the company’s requirements.
- Marketing
- Work in cooperation with the line manager and the marketing department to drive programs and events to extend the brand position.
- Assist the line manager to develop merchandising/ product flow plans that support corporate retail initiatives and merchandising standard practices to maximize sales.
- Administration & Others
- To ensure all documentation is kept accurately, neatly and confidentially.
- Keep a presentable and self-motivated attitude at all times.
