Main Responsibilities
- The position is required to execute promotional activities & making the right crucial decision at a good timing to ensure the both short-term and long-term sales target can be achieved together with the operation team.
Scope of Work
- Boutique team management
- Coordination and management of sales statistics/KPI of boutique and employees.
- To inspire boutique team’s morale and productivities to achieve monthly and annual sales target.
- Regular meeting with boutique managers to communicate company’s new policy and regulations and listen to boutique team’s suggestions and answer the questions.
- To supervise the shift table arrangement prepared by the store leaders to ensure the manpower is efficiently arranged
- To ensure store Visual Merchandising display and sales staff are groomed and coping with the brand’s guidelines
- To coordinate with other supporting departments for boutique operational related issues.
- To handle customer complaints
- Review boutique commission scheme with Country GM and HQ retail team
2. Retail Development
- To maintain good relationship with department store’s floor managers to get favourable assistance.
- To gather and compile competitors’ sales figures and sales promotion activities
3. CRM
- To review CRM data analysis report with CRM team to CRM KPI is followed perfectly implemented
2. To corporate with operation & CRM to supervise CRM plan and execute CRM event
4. Financial/Budget
1. Work with Retail Manager to prepare a yearly retail budget.
2. Monitor and control the budget on a monthly basis.
5. Management/Human Resources
1. Arrange regular catch up with boutique team member to trace team member’s working status
2. Regular boutique visit to understand boutique needs
