Bartender/Server

As an integral member of the AP House experience, the Bartender / Server plays a key role in creating memorable and elevated experiences for every guest. Responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, this position embodies the AP House brand ethos while contributing to the sophisticated ambiance and exceptional hospitality standards of the House.

Beyond beverage preparation, the Bartender / Server serves as a welcoming ambassador for our guests, providing personalized service, building lasting relationships, anticipating preferences, and offering thoughtful recommendations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established service protocols and company standards.
• Guide guests through beverage offerings, providing knowledgeable recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
• Deliver attentive, personalized, and professional service that enhances the overall guest experience.
• Greet guests warmly, establish rapport, and maintain a welcoming environment throughout their visit.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, including washing glassware and utensils and ensuring workspaces remain immaculate.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to support seamless operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure exceptional service delivery and a positive team environment.
