Local Customer Chief Engineer
Full-time ExecutiveJob Overview
▪ Lead product technical quotation teams in preparation and presentation of all quoted solutions to responsible customers
▪ Provide technical direction to product development teams to ensure customer expectations.
▪ Provide technical support for customer escalation and management touch point meetings.
▪ Develop and communicate customer based product, technology and service strategies to the Segment
▪ Initiate meetings/techdays w / engineering management @ Customers; Present latest Technologies/solutions
▪ Work closely with local segment leader and Segment Chief Engineer to develop technology and service strategies that align with sales strategies
▪ Create intimacy with the customer and gather strategic information (architecture, organization diagram and key people, high level product/architecture/technology roadmap, potential new business model change…)
▪ Develop business partner relationships internally and externally to fulfill segment goals
▪ Ensure proper management in system discipline and analysis of all customer requirements.
▪ Technical Support PSR, PSM, PLC gate reviews for all projects of the segment.
