Job Overview

As an IT Support & Automation Intern, your tasks are:

Performing hardware maintenance, asset management
Supporting Client & Server administration (BMC, AD, LanDesk, etc.).
Processing and handling tickets
Roll-out/implement centrally released and locally developed tools, digitalization projects/solutions (BI reports, RPA projects, Web based tools, etc.) to location
Design and implement tools, reports and dashboards based on local/central requirements.
Experiment with LLM-based tools (e.g., GPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges
