Material Planner

• Review and analysis of raw material coverage in order to cover production plan for OEM and OES.
• Prepare Gross Requirement (inventory and material requirements) to identify the lack of raw material to cover the production plan
• Analysis of demand fluctuation in order to request additional or cancel requirements to the suppliers. 
• Establish negotiations with the supplier in case of demand fluctuation, backlogs, quality issues, etc. 
• Monitor the raw material transit  to ensure reception. 
• Coordinate, based on the Gross Requirment, the priorities for receipt of shipments in transit 
• To analize inventory levels in order to meet the Turn Rate plant goal. 
• To monitor supplier ASN in SAP in order to receipt the material on SAP.
