Job Overview
- Conduct regular safety inspections in operational and administrative areas.
- Identify occupational hazards and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare, update, and manage safety documents such as:
- Risk Assessments, Work Permits, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Incident Reports.
- Lead and support incident and accident investigations.
- Deliver mandatory safety training (e.g., Working at Heights, Machine Safety, Electrical Safety).
- Monitor and control the use and availability of PPE and safety equipment.
- Support internal and external audits (including regulatory and ISO 45001).
- Track and report safety indicators (e.g., incident rate, near miss reports).
- Guide and collaborate with safety committees, emergency brigades, and operational teams.
- Promote safety awareness through campaigns, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
