- Management of external suppliers for the purpose of producing parts, or entering the specification of new machines and devices.
- Organize and perform new equipment and tooling Procurement Specs Validations, R&R Performance Validation, Acceptance Protocol following internal project business case (WT8).
- Coordinate through Process Change Request documentation a smooth transition from a new line start up into full production mode.
- Define a problem through the right set of data.
- Establish the proper measurement system to be able to use the data
- Analyze, together with all stakeholders, what is the relevant data and the root cause.
- Implement improvements across all lines, that lead to improvements in KPIs
- Control and document all countermeasures implemented and replicate throughout all applicable lines.
- Know and comply with ESH Company requirements.
- Actively participate and engage in activities and projects to meet these requirements.
- Support in risk assessment related to new or existing products and
- processes.
- Responsible for the Quality Management System and IATF ISO 16949:2016 in his or her area, duties and processes.
- Accomplish all Quality System requirements established according to the matrix of responsibilities and authorities.
- Monitor indicators related to the satisfaction of our customers, such as IRR, and develop action plans to continuously improve or eliminate root causes.
- Responsible to comply with the requirements of the Environmental system and ISO 14001:2015 in his or her area, duties and processes.
- Accomplish all environmental system requirements established according to the matrix of responsibilities and authority.
- Request support to Procurement for new tooling or pieces of equipment based on the most updated process.
- Provide follow up to all purchase orders, invoices and documentation required by managed suppliers.
- Follow up on effective spending of resources, based on timing, scope and responsibilities with suppliers.
- Active control of production costs in accordance with the agreed costs (e.g. analysis of internal production, support the decision making on investments)
- Check the technical documentation and design specifications, monitor and analyze results.
- Evaluation optimization of production time, develop process improvements, establish and monitor results.
- Active support for the introduction of new customer projects into production by plc (product life cycle).
- Active support of all manufacturing sites in change management.
- Industrialization of further product generations according to the product life cycle.
- Support industrial engineering on pre-acceptance and final acceptance of equipment, support quality department by solving quality issues, production support.
- Optimization of the production processes.
- Concept development, planning and implementation of production equipment according to specifications of internal processes.
- Creation of process qualification and process capability verifications.
- Align relevant planning factors (e.g. papp, ramp up and sop) with the necessary departments.
- Create capacity analysis, prepare schedules, set and match target investment costs and production times.
- Coordination and safeguarding of production know-how transfer, driving full standardization and alignment of production.
- Representation of project in customer meetings
- Representation of project-interests in supplier meetings
- Based on professional, well documented change management negotiate changes and claims with the customer and with suppliers.
- Protect confidentiality of project data.
- Know international PFMEA standards. IATF, VDA, AIAG.
- Know ESH company requirements. actively participate to meet them. - Know quality company requirements. actively participate to meet them.
