Controlling Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven Controlling Analyst to support financial controlling activities with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting automation, and IT-based solutions. The role requires expertise in data modeling, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and database management (e.g., MS Access), enabling efficient decision-making and operational transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Controlling & Analysis

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with business units controllers to provide financial transparency and support strategic decisions.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and improve business performance.
• Automate recurring reports and data processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and governance across systems.

IT Solutions & Systems Support

• Develop and manage database solutions using MS Access or similar tools.
• Support integration between financial systems, databases, and reporting platforms.
• Identify and implement opportunities for digitalization and process optimization.

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in controlling processes through automation and data solutions.
• Standardize reporting frameworks and KPIs across the organization.
• Document workflows and ensure best practices in data management and reporting.
