- Define the architecture of the product, ensure the system architecture is assigned / covered into the respective disciplines designs/architectures.
- The definition of the integration strategy and the acceptance criteria.
- The delivery of a complete and validated technical product.
- The engineering contents of the Project Schedule.
- The entire RD Effort Estimation and spending control.
- The proper analysis of the test issues and the implementation of the corrective measures done by the disciplines.
- Project reporting, escalation, if necessary.
