  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and team members, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, managing correspondence and document filing systems
  • Collaborate with various departments to organize meetings, events, and team-building activities
  • Maintain office calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments and room bookings
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices and managing petty cash
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and organization
  • Coordinate with external service providers, such as cleaning and maintenance crews
  • Support HR functions by assisting with onboarding processes and maintaining employee records
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in office operations and suggest innovative solutions
