- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and team members, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, managing correspondence and document filing systems
- Collaborate with various departments to organize meetings, events, and team-building activities
- Maintain office calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments and room bookings
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices and managing petty cash
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and organization
- Coordinate with external service providers, such as cleaning and maintenance crews
- Support HR functions by assisting with onboarding processes and maintaining employee records
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in office operations and suggest innovative solutions
