We’re looking for a new colleague to step into the role of Marketing Campaign Manager — taking the lead on creating and coordinating time-bound, integrated campaigns that turn our commercial priorities into real, measurable impact. About the role
As our new Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping and executing campaigns across both buyer and seller audiences. You’ll turn GTM initiatives, product launches and commercial priorities into clear concepts, coordinated workflows and campaigns that land effectively across markets and channels.
You’ll own campaigns end-to-end: developing briefs, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring every launch is well-tracked, well-targeted and delivered with quality.
Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will
- Turn business goals and GTM strategies into clear, well-structured campaign concepts and briefs.
- Own the central campaign calendar and ensure alignment with launches, priorities and market moments.
- Manage time-bound campaigns end-to-end — from brief and coordination to launch and retro.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Content, Creative, Sales, RevOps and local markets throughout execution.
- Build and launch core campaign components in HubSpot, including lists, emails, landing pages and workflows.
- Review and quality-check creative, copy and full user journeys to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, optimise in-flight and lead post-campaign reviews.
- Maintain clarity across processes, documentation and stakeholder communication.
The need-to-have skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing or marketing project management — ideally in B2B, SaaS or marketplaces.
- Strong experience working closely with Sales teams — you understand their rhythms, needs and dynamics, and know how to build processes, tools and reporting that genuinely support them.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid, events, sales enablement, etc.).
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills; structured, organised and confident juggling multiple workstreams.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Comfortable using dashboards, reporting and performance data to guide recommendations.
- Excellent English communication skills— written and verbal — with excellent briefing abilities,
The nice-to-have skills
- Experience running campaigns for both demand (buyers) and supply (sellers/partners).
- Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple European markets.Familiarity with AI tools for campaign ideation and asset creation (combined with strong human QC).
