What you’ll do

• Design and implement finance processes and internal controls across the organization
• Own finance process design across O2C, P2P, and R2R
• Build and manage the internal control system (ICS) and risk-control framework
• Define governance standards and ensure compliance readiness
• Identify financial risks and implement effective controls
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to embed controls into operations

What you’ll bring

• Background in Internal Audit, consulting, or finance transformation
• Experience building internal control systems (ICS) and process frameworks
• Strong understanding of financial risk and compliance
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Structured, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset
