Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, insurance, operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience managing teams in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Proven technical underwriting expertise across multiple lines of business (e.g., Commercial P&C, Professional Liability, Specialty).
- Proficiency with underwriting systems and data analytics tools.
