UI Engineer

About the role

As a UI developer, you will play a vital role in building user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our web applications using various platforms. You will work closely with our design and development teams, translating mockups and wireframes into interactive and responsive web pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to translate mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive web pages using Unqork.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and SCSS code.
• Work closely with the development team, providing feedback and contributing ideas to enhance the user experience.
• Adhere to all company processes and policies as outlined.
• Effective communication with clients and employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, coding bootcamp, professional experience or equivalent in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ of experience in a professional environment using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and Javascript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Javascript with the ability to write clean, well-structured code.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for implementing interactive elements and handling DOM manipulation.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience working at a Consulting company a plus.

• Contractor may be hired W2 through a staffing partner
• Auxo team members must be available to work 8:30am - 5:30pm EST
• Position may require infrequent travel
