Working Student - Banking Operations (12 months - 15 hours/week)

Banking Operations is a strategic service offering from Avaloq that provides back-office services to banks in a Banking Processes as a Service (BPaaS) model. We are organized as a global business area, running state-of-the-art back-office services with industry-leading automation, quality and risk standards. Our highly skilled and experienced staff manage a wide range of services covering securities, payments, regulatory, master data, corporate actions and tax, among others.

• You will support the day-to-day business in various teams
• Monitoring, planning and execution of the daily activities to be provided in accordance with the service level agreements agreed with the customers
• Supporting the team in testing new functionalities and regular releases
• Collaboration in projects to implement legal requirements and as part of the introduction of new technical functionalities
• Support the team in improving the functionalities of the Avaloq core banking system and related processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks
