Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in the animal nutrition and health sector. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently while managing complex administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Plan and confirm logistics for meetings, events, and executive travel.
- Maintain documentation and perform moderately complex data entry into systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to junior administrative staff.
- Handle administrative and customer support issues, escalating when necessary.
- Support executive initiatives and department operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Ability to travel up to 15% and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
