Our client a renowned Engineering company is seeking energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with corporate and business-to-
business (B2B) clients in property maintenance and facility management.
The ideal candidate should be persuasive, confident, and passionate about driving revenue while
representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold,
Platinum).
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/database.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager and call center team to follow up on
qualified leads.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Requirements
OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-related industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Lagos business environment (advantage).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
