Job Overview

The GoHighLevel Specialist is responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the company’s entire GoHighLevel system — including CRM pipelines, automations, workflows, funnels, and integrations. This role focuses solely on building and maintaining GoHighLevel to streamline marketing and client processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM accounts, pipelines, and dashboards
  • Build automations, triggers, and workflows for lead generation and follow-up
  • Create funnels, forms, landing pages, and booking systems
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools (e.g., Google, Facebook, Stripe, Zoom, etc.)
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and client sub-accounts
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide GoHighLevel support
  • Optimize automation processes for performance and lead conversion

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (required)
  • Familiarity with automations, workflows, and funnel creation inside GoHighLevel
  • Basic understanding of marketing automations and CRM pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and system organization skills
  • Preferably with experience handling multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts or white-label setups

Benefits

₱20,000–₱30,000 per month (negotiable for higher rates depending on experience)
