We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a reputable hospital in Bulacan. The role involves operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images that assist physicians and healthcare teams in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. The Radiologic Technologist works under the supervision of a radiologist and collaborates closely with medical staff to ensure accurate imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray and other diagnostic imaging equipment to produce clear, accurate images for medical evaluation.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and safety measures during imaging procedures.
- Review and verify physician orders before conducting imaging tests.
- Maintain imaging equipment and report any technical issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Observe strict radiation safety and infection control protocols at all times.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, images, and documentation.
- Provide patient education and support before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards consistent with hospital policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
- Must be a licensed Radiologic Technologist.
- New graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of radiographic techniques, patient care, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
Salary Range: ₱19,000 (entry-level) – ₱20,000+ (with experience)
