The Salesperson is responsible for day-to-day retail store operations, assisting customers, ensuring proper product display, and supporting overall sales performance. This role requires familiarity with power tools and basic store processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform retail store sales and assist customers with product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure stocks are updated and well-organized.
- Ensure the store display and merchandising are maintained to company standards.
- Provide basic product information and recommendations, especially for power tools.
- Keep the store clean, orderly, and well-presented.
- Support daily store operations and coordinate with supervisors or managers as needed.
Requirements
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Experience in retail sales or hardware/power tools is an advantage, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of power tools or willingness to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on weekends/holidays depending on store schedule.
