Job Overview

The Salesperson is responsible for day-to-day retail store operations, assisting customers, ensuring proper product display, and supporting overall sales performance. This role requires familiarity with power tools and basic store processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform retail store sales and assist customers with product inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct inventory checks and ensure stocks are updated and well-organized.
  • Ensure the store display and merchandising are maintained to company standards.
  • Provide basic product information and recommendations, especially for power tools.
  • Keep the store clean, orderly, and well-presented.
  • Support daily store operations and coordinate with supervisors or managers as needed.

Requirements

  • At least a High School Graduate.
  • Experience in retail sales or hardware/power tools is an advantage, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of power tools or willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on weekends/holidays depending on store schedule.
