Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring that the company maintains a strong and reputable presence with its clients. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, meeting targets, and strengthening customer relationships across our IT and hardware-related product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client accounts.
- Maintain and grow business with existing customers to ensure continued sales performance.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain excellent client relationships while promoting a positive company image.
- Consistently hit sales targets and quotas based on monthly and quarterly goals.
- Conduct client presentations, product discussions, and sales negotiations when needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development strategies.
Requirements
- At least a 4-year College Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
- Must have experience in corporate sales.
- Background in IT sales or construction-related sales (such as hardware, tiles, modular cabinets, or kitchen systems) is an advantage but not required.
- Strong skills in new client acquisition, account management, and consistently meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build strong networks and close deals efficiently.
Benefits
Competitive basic salary (₱25,000–₱35,000, negotiable and can go higher for strong candidates)
