Job Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring that the company maintains a strong and reputable presence with its clients. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, meeting targets, and strengthening customer relationships across our IT and hardware-related product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client accounts.
  • Maintain and grow business with existing customers to ensure continued sales performance.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain excellent client relationships while promoting a positive company image.
  • Consistently hit sales targets and quotas based on monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Conduct client presentations, product discussions, and sales negotiations when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development strategies.

Requirements

  • At least a 4-year College Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  • Must have experience in corporate sales.
  • Background in IT sales or construction-related sales (such as hardware, tiles, modular cabinets, or kitchen systems) is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong skills in new client acquisition, account management, and consistently meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build strong networks and close deals efficiently.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary (₱25,000–₱35,000, negotiable and can go higher for strong candidates)

Commission based on sales performance
