Account Manager D-A-CH

As an Account Manager for the D-A-CH region, you’ll be the driving force behind developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with our customers. This role blends complex technical problem-solving with a consultative, solution-based sales approach – giving you exposure to world-leading technology companies we proudly call our customers.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and approach the right customers where Averna can make the difference
- Deeply understand customer needs and position Averna as the partner of choice for mission-critical challenges
- Develop and execute account strategies for your region, including forecasting and pipeline management (Salesforce)
- Expand customer relationships and penetrate new accounts
- Work closely with our world-class pre-sales teams (Solution Architects, Proposal Writers, etc.) to win complex deals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sustainable business
- Represent Averna at tradeshows and events (approx. 1 per quarter)
