Operations Excellence Manager

Work as an individual contributor from Global ELS function based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Key contributor for the development of the Global ADS ELS Strategy (with lean six sigma as our operational excellence methodology) in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Lead and oversee Indonesia ELS strategy

Identify and drive continuous improvement within ADS sites and business functions enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance across all business processes.

Fosters a culture of operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies and tools.

Leads cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and remove organizational barriers for continuous improvement process.

Process Standardization

Drive site’s flow process improvement

Drive sharing of best practices

Conduct through analyses of current processes to identify areas of improvement and track their progress (e.g. use of Value Stream Mapping)

Accountable for sustainable results, regularly review and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas of further improvement.

Manages budget for operational excellence projects and initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed.
