Job Overview

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.
  • Maintain Customer Services KPIs.   
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
  • Selling products and solutions. 
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.
  • Self motivated dedication towards specific set goals.

Project & Compliance:

  • Support execution of plan projects and special assignments.

Technical Expertise:

  • Office/Google workspace tools.
  • ERP/ORACLE.
  • Basic+ spreadsheet handlings.
  • Regular expertise of computing & cloud.
