  • Maintain Customer Services KPIs.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
  • Selling products and solutions. 
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.
