Position Overview
Avery Dennison is seeking a Sales Manager to join the Yongle Tape organization. In this role, the successful candidate will deliver profitable, double-digit revenue growth in ASEAN. This person is responsible for developing customer account plans, cultivating customer relationships, new opportunity identification, and coordination of customer-facing company resources to commercialize new innovative products. This person will also lead ASEAN’s creation and implementation of strategy and business development efforts.
Critical Objectives & Outcomes
Deliver profitable, double-digit revenue growth in ASEAN.
Develop the right growth strategy and distribution channels in the market.
Build up and maintain customer relationships and all related account activities.
Uncover and assess customer needs and develop a plan to execute mutual value creation.
Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills. Establish pricing programs and strategies that grow volume and improve profitability.
Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Customer Service, Technical Service, Product Management, Operations and other Sales Team members to deliver superior service and products to customers.
Work with Product Management to plan and implement product line programs including new product launches/commercialization and customer support.
Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
