Sales and Business Development:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and annual object plan(AOP) for the assigned territory.
Proactively identify and hunt for new customers, generating new revenue streams through prospecting and cold-calling.
Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to maximize long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
Develop and execute sales plans and business development strategies to increase market penetration.
Customer Consultation and Solution Selling:
Act as a strategic advisor to customers, using a consultative approach to understand their business challenges, priorities, and strategies.
Educate customers on the company's RFID inlay product offerings and present value-added solutions that meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with product management and engineering specialists to translate customer requirements into actionable product and solution specifications.
Support the sales cycle from initial contact and design-in commitment to mass production and lifecycle management.
Market and Internal Operations:
Act as an industry expert by staying informed on the latest RFID technologies, market trends, and transformations in product/service offerings.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and content to customers and internal teams.
Complete accurate forecasts and revenue reports by scheduled deadlines.
Attend and participate in industry tradeshows, exhibitions, and partner events.
Maintain compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
