Job Overview

  • Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and annual object plan(AOP) for the assigned territory.

  • Proactively identify and hunt for new customers, generating new revenue streams through prospecting and cold-calling.

  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to maximize long-term relationships and drive repeat business.

  • Develop and execute sales plans and business development strategies to increase market penetration.

  • Customer Consultation and Solution Selling:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, using a consultative approach to understand their business challenges, priorities, and strategies.

  • Educate customers on the company's RFID inlay product offerings and present value-added solutions that meet their specific needs.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering specialists to translate customer requirements into actionable product and solution specifications.

  • Support the sales cycle from initial contact and design-in commitment to mass production and lifecycle management.

  • Market and Internal Operations:

  • Act as an industry expert by staying informed on the latest RFID technologies, market trends, and transformations in product/service offerings.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and content to customers and internal teams.

  • Complete accurate forecasts and revenue reports by scheduled deadlines.

  • Attend and participate in industry tradeshows, exhibitions, and partner events.

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
