- Analyze overseas customer forecasts and inventory levels to develop strategic shipping plans, optimizing data processing to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, professionally resolving inquiries, processing sample requests, and addressing customer concerns with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee production scheduling for customer orders, proactively communicating delivery timelines and managing all associated logistics, including booking, shipping, and invoicing.
- Execute accurate and timely monthly financial settlements for overseas warehouses in strict compliance with corporate financial guidelines.
- Monitor and verify weekly shipping manifests for overseas facilities, utilizing data to forecast future sales volumes and inventory requirements.
- Maintain prompt and professional email correspondence, ensuring all internal and external communications are addressed within established service level agreements.
- Facilitate cross-regional collaboration by coordinating and tracking morning/evening meetings with teams in China, Europe, and the Americas, providing actionable feedback and updates.
- Perform additional strategic and operational duties as assigned by department leadership to support business objectives.
