Supervisor on Duty - Operations

Aviapartner is seeking motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations - to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.

Part of the activities carried out by the Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations - are:

- Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.

- Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department;
- It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues;
- Provides the necessary equipment for the staffs in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety requirements;
- Supports the management of the administrative process to handle sick leaves, vacations requests, etc.
