Senior Director of Revenue Systems & Process

Job Overview

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Systems & Process who loves untangling complexity—someone whose first instinct when they see a process touching six systems and three teams is to map it, not run from it. You’ll drive the full lead-to-cash technology and process stack: find where revenue is leaking, architect the fix, and ship it. You can design a solution at the whiteboard and then go build it yourself, and you know the fastest way to earn credibility with a team is to demonstrate you understand the work, not just manage it.

This role reports into the VP of Revenue Operations and sits at the center of a 25-person RevOps team supporting 250+ GTM professionals. You’ll inherit a stabilized CPQ and contracting environment, partner cross-functionally across engineering, finance, legal, product, and GTM leadership, and have executive sponsorship, a team already in motion, and the mandate to make real change. This isn’t a maintenance role. You’re here to build something.

What you’ll do:

Revenue Systems Leadership

• Lead a talented team to build the roadmap, “RevTech” architecture, and execution across all revenue-critical systems spanning Business Development, Sales, and cross-functional GTM partners.

• Own platform administration and strategy for Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, Conversica, Gong, MindMatrix, and additional GTM systems—while partnering closely with Marketing Operations to ensure alignment on shared tools like Marketo, Workato.

• Partner with GTM leadership and BizApps to ensure data consistency, process clarity, and operational scalability across the ecosystem.

• Work closely with BizApps on capacity allocation, CI/CD processes, and CAB governance to ensure timely, accurate deployments that drive the business forward.

Process Design & Lifecycle Orchestration

• Align processes across the entire revenue journey—from first touch through renewal and expansion—to ensure efficiency and connectivity.

• Reduce friction in quoting, contracting, onboarding, and customer expansion workflows.

• Establish governance standards for documentation, automation, change management, and system reliability.

What we’re looking for:

• 8–12+ years in Revenue Systems, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or GTM Systems leadership.

• Deep expertise with Salesforce (especially CPQ) and GTM automation tools; familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms a strong plus.

• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, quoting/contracting workflows, and subscription or usage-based revenue models.

• Experience leading technical teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to architect clean, scalable solutions across the full revenue system lifecycle.

• Hands-on builder mentality—you don’t just draw the architecture, you get into the configuration and development work.

What we'd love to see:

•  Integration platforms: Workato, Boomi, or Workday integrations.

• Familiarity with LeanData, Conversica, Gong, Guide CX, or Gainsight

• Experience with CI/CD deployment processes and Change Advisory Board governance.

• Background in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS with complex billing models.

•Experience operating through a PE transition or major organizational transformation.
