Job Overview

The Executive Housekeeper oversees the entire housekeeping operation, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet AYANA’s standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role includes managing staff, training, quality control, inventory, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and schedule housekeeping team to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
  • Manage inventory and approve requisitions for amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house regularly to maintain cleanliness and service quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments and handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Executive Housekeeper role at a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or equivalent high-end hospitality environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and inventory control.
  • Fluent in English and computer literate; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.
