Training Content Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Content Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in partnering with stakeholders to transform existing onboarding and training content into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences while maintaining instructional design best practices. 

What you'll be doing:  

• Transform existing onboarding materials and presentations into engaging self-paced modules and instructional videos.  
• Develop job aids and quick reference guides to support team productivity and knowledge retention.  
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Product, and cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and gather stakeholder feedback.  
• Implement tracking systems and reporting mechanisms to measure effectiveness and learner outcomes. 
• Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously optimize learning resources and user experience.  
• Scale learning solutions across teams to support rapid growth and product evolution.  
• Maintain current and accessible information architecture across all teams and office locations. 

What you'll need to be successful: 

Must Haves:  

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.   
• Experience developing learning materials, presentations, or instructional videos.  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, memorable formats. Experience organizing information and optimizing processes for improved efficiency.  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels.  
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistency in deliverables.  
• Demonstrate success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment. 

Nice to Haves:  

• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools or video production software. 
• Familiarity with TrafficJunky, Video Sharing Platforms, or related products and ability to quickly master new technologies.  
• Experience in learning analytics and data-driven improvement methodologies.  
• Passion for learning and development, and instructional design.  
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.  
• Business savvy with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
