Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Office Operations & Support
    Support the Executive Assistant and contribute to the smooth daily functioning of the office by managing multiple demands, maintaining supplies, and addressing operational needs.

  • Professional Administrative Experience – Demonstrated experience in managing documentation, scheduling, calendar coordination, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

  • Office Environment & Logistics
    Maintain a clean, organised workspace (kitchen, meeting rooms, communal areas), manage equipment, resolve issues, and assist with events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Employee & Onboarding Support
    Manage inventories (lockers, headsets), assist with onboarding and training of new joiners, and support internal processes like desk setups and policy adherence.
