As our Junior Investor Service Specialist, you'll support client communication across the entire investor lifecycle and help us deliver a high-quality experience to our investors. If you’re excited about making investing more accessible, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

You'll be responsible for handling incoming client requests, providing clear and accurate information, and investigating client cases in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely, professional, and high-quality client communication. Working with Investor Service team and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure smooth case resolution and improve customer experience.

You will:

  • Handling incoming client requests via email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Supporting investors throughout their full lifecycle - from onboarding and account setup to daily usage, transactions, and off-boarding related inquiries

  • Providing clear and accurate information about platform functionality, investment products, payments, account settings, and other related topics

  • Investigating client cases by collaborating with internal teams when necessary

  • Documenting all client interactions and ensuring cases are properly recorded and resolved

  • Following internal processes, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-level service

  • Identifying recurring issues or process gaps and sharing feedback with the team to improve customer experience

  • Supporting ad-hoc operational tasks related to investor service activities

Your professional skills and background:

Must-haves:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership - ability to independently manage and follow through on client cases

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to investigate cases beyond standard templates

  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit
