Job Overview
At INHAUS, we are supporting a leading Multinational Commodities Company in the search for a Trade Support Coordinator — a key role providing direct support to the trader, with a strong operational, administrative, and international coordination focus.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring rigorous follow-up of processes.
What will be your purpose in the role?
To provide end-to-end support to the trader, ensuring accurate administrative and operational follow-up of purchase and sales transactions — from contract execution through logistics and financial closure — acting as a key point of contact with clients, suppliers, banks, and international agents.
Key responsibilities
Direct commercial support to the trader in purchase and sales operations
Review and follow-up of contracts, offers, and quotations
Management of letters of credit and banking documentation
Coordination with international suppliers
Review and control of payments, billing, and invoices
Monitoring shipment logistics and related documentation
Ongoing interaction with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal teams
What are we looking for?
3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within commodities trading companies
University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Highly organized, detail-oriented profile
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication style
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Solid experience with Incoterms
Hands-on experience with international shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
