 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop web-based applications using C# or Java to support our activities.

  • Build and maintain Python scripts for data analysis, leveraging libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Conda / Spyder and other libraries.

  • Manage database design and implementation on MS SQL Server or Oracle, ensuring data integrity and performance.

  • Perform basic database administration tasks to support the stability of our research environment.

  • Assist in the automation of production processes, ensuring high levels of IT security and environment integrity.

  • Produce clear technical documentation for all newly developed tools and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • STEM-subjects academic background if possible. 

  • Microsoft Windows forms-based UI, Web service and console application, development in C# or Java – will consider part-coverage of application-area mix

  • Database stored procedures development, with integration into in-house developed applications, on MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL in order of preference

  • Experience with source code control tools such as Git

  • Knowledge of Object-oriented software development (principles and application of)

  • Written and spoken (to intermediate level) French and English

  • Analytical and Quick Learner

  • Attention to detail, especially with IT-environment integrity, security, and production processes

  • Team player

  • Interest in Equities Investing.


RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: fit and technical questions.
