Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Process Optimization
Oversee daily operations of the Sales Operations team to ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to company policies and procedures
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance
Utilize reporting platforms to analyze trends, assess workload distribution, and support business objectives with data driven insights
Act as the primary point of contact for communication with Account Managers and assigned Operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration
Maintain strong organizational discipline to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely execution
Team Development and Performance Management
Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets and exceeds expectations
Conduct performance evaluations and establish clear, measurable goals aligned with company objectives
Foster a culture of accountability by defining KPIs and holding employees responsible for performance outcomes
Proactively identify and address workload challenges, interpersonal conflicts, and performance concerns
Develop employees by encouraging a growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development
Collaboration and Strategic Execution
Partner with Sales Leaders to align Sales Operations strategies with overall business goals
Support Operations Leadership in executing Wildly Important Goals and company initiatives
Serve as a backup resource to assist coordinators when necessary to ensure smooth team operations

Experience Requirements
One to two years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
One to two years of leadership experience managing a team of three or more employees
Experience with CRM and ERP systems required; Salesforce and Oracle E Business Suite preferred but not required
