Position Overview: The Program Coordinator supports the Operational Program Management team by handling various administrative and coordination tasks. The role is integral to ensuring smooth program operations, effective communication with cross-functional teams, and timely execution of key milestones. Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee website execution for key milestones such as launches and sales, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Marketing and Site Optimization: Assist with marketing execution tasks and implement site optimization tactics to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Customer Experience: Drive a seamless customer experience through effective product copywriting and thorough website QA tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Notify customer service, manufacturing, fulfillment, and customer service teams of upcoming launches as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Own and manage the inventory catalog and statuses to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
