We’re looking for a Product Development & Production Assistant to support our PDP team in delivering high-quality garments on time, ensuring alignment with the Design team’s creative vision. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Post/ Sample Management: 

  • Manage all post related to the PDP department, including samples, sourcing & all fabric & trims. 

  • Update & maintain sample trackers. 

  • Manage all product samples, including organising, tracking & distributing as required.  

  • Ensure that all samples are prepped & steamed ahead of any key meetings & shoots where necessary. 

Critical Path and Production Meetings: 

  • Update & maintain the critical path, ensuring that this is updated each week. Track progress from PO placement through to ex-fty to ensure that dates are met.  

  • Lead production meetings, escalating any concerns with the support of the wider team as needed. 

Fabric and Trim Oversight: 

  • Prepare and organize fabric samples, trim cupboards, and boards to support the team’s needs. 

System Maintenance: 

  • Upload initial style details onto our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and Airtable to assist Design and Product Development teams. 

  • Maintain the PLM with updates on bulks, fabric details, and information from Design sign-off meetings.

About you: 

  • Previous experience in a production role or similar entry-level position in womenswear fashion business. 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Familiarity with PLM systems and workflow management tools. 

  • Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude. 

  • Passionate about womenswear and working in a fast-paced environment.
