We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team. This is a key role within our creative process, responsible for bringing our clients’ brand visions to life through high-quality, visually compelling design work.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will manage and execute a wide range of creative requests for internal teams and external clients. This is a hands-on design role that requires strong visual execution, consistency, and attention to detail.
You will be expected to interpret creative briefs, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality outputs within project timelines and budgets. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining an organized workflow to meet deadlines.

Role Contribution
Your work will play a critical role in achieving business objectives. Designs you create will be featured in sales pitches, client presentations, and final consumer products. You will directly support sales teams by producing compelling visual assets that showcase BDA’s creative capabilities.
You will also collaborate with a diverse team of designers, illustrators, and photographers, contributing to a creative and supportive environment focused on continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
3–5 years of industry experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and relevant project experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and composition
Experience working in a Mac-based environment
