What will you be doing? 

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering assigned projects in alignment with corporate standards and PMO methodologies. The role ensures that project objectives are met within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality thresholds. Working closely with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and PMO leadership, the Project Manager coordinates daily delivery activities, manages risks and issues, and ensures consistent reporting and documentation. This position operates under the direction of the Head of Corporate PMO and contributes to the company’s overall strategic execution capability. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Planning & Initiation 

Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. 

Develop detailed project plans including schedules, work breakdown structures, roles, and responsibilities. 

Prepares project charters and ensures alignment with PMO templates and approval processes. 

Project Execution & Coordination 

Leads and coordinates project team activities, ensuring progress against plan. 

Manages day-to-day project operations, deliverable quality, and stakeholder communication. 

Ensures all project work follows PMO methodology, standards, and documentation requirements. 

Monitoring, Reporting & Governance Compliance 

Tracks project progress, including tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. 

Prepare regular project status reports for the Program Manager or Head of PMO. 

Supports PMO governance requirements (stage gates, approvals, documentation audits). 

Risk, Issue & Change Management 

Identifies risks, issues, and deviations early and updates mitigation and response plans. 

Escalates critical risks or delays to PMO leadership in a timely manner. 

Manages approved scope changes following PMO procedures. 

Ensures impacts to budget, timeline, or quality are documented and communicated. 

Stakeholder Management & Communication 

Maintains proactive communication with sponsors, contributors, and impacted teams. 

Ensures expectations are managed and information is transparent and up to date. 

Prepares stakeholder communication materials (plans, summaries, presentations). 

Facilitates collaboration across business units and technical teams. 

Project Closure & Lessons Learned 

Ensures proper handover of deliverables to operational teams. 

Completes closure documentation and contributes to PMO lessons-learned activities. 

Confirms achievement of project objectives and remaining follow-up actions.
