Social Media Account Executive

The Role:

Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for storytelling and community engagement? We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the social media world, especially in organic social management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with clients, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement editorial plans for various social platforms

• Write engaging copy for social media posts tailored to different audiences

• Schedule and publish content across multiple channels

• Monitor and respond to comments, fostering a positive community (community management)

• Draft regular performance reports and provide actionable insights

• Manage day-to-day client communications and deliverables

• Proactively contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client social media presence

• (Bonus) Experience with paid social/ad campaigns is a plus

About You:

• 3-4 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting

• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail

• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proactive, creative, and client-focused mindset

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
