Junior Agency Specialist

About the role
• To ensure communication between customers and domestic and overseas agencies, and to solve problems,
• To solve the voyage-related problems of customers or to inform the Sales department / overseas agencies of their solution,
• To create and follow up on the program of the inter-modal services, to review cancellations and penalties, and to inform customers,
• To play an efficient role in the management of ship loading and unloading operations,
• To play an active role in the business processes of domestic and overseas agencies,
• To manage the relations with our service stakeholders during the ship voyages, and to monitor and record payment and service requests,
• To constitute the weekly and monthly voyage position list.
About you
Preferably a university degree or equivalent,
A minimum upper-intermediate level of English is required,
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a related field,
Expertise in MS Office Applications,
Interpersonal relations and communication,
Problem-solving skills,
Planning and organization skills,
Compatible with teamwork.
