Job Overview

Job Objective:
To sell and market the company’s products and programs, attract and receive clients, and provide them with optimal service by processing their transactions and responding to their inquiries. This aims to strengthen their relationship with the company and increase sales to achieve set sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients, understand their requests and needs related to leasing finance products and company offerings, and efficiently fulfill them while delivering excellent service.
  2. Promote the company’s services and products internally and externally through direct and cross-selling, as well as through field visits to potential clients to attract new customers. Explain products clearly to achieve sales department goals and increase market share.
  3. Analyze and study leasing finance application data financially and credit-wise to support credit decision-making.
  4. Follow up with clients on incomplete transaction documents and ensure their completion per approved procedures to enhance service quality and speed, while protecting the company’s legal rights.
  5. Obtain lessees’ signatures on leasing contracts and complete all terms and guarantees before forwarding for execution to safeguard company interests.
  6. Handle client inquiries via phone and in person, resolve transaction issues promptly, and coordinate with relevant departments to expedite processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Participate in periodic or as-needed visits to lessees to verify the proper use of leased assets for intended purposes and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • University degree in banking, administrative sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial and credit analysis.
  • Thorough knowledge of the company’s services and products.
  • Sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Teamwork skills.
