KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Business & Strategic Management

• Drive Financial Performance: Maximize revenue and profitability for the table games department through targeted business growth strategies.

• Budgetary & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets effectively, overseeing personnel costs, labor allocation, and capital expenditures (CapEx).

Team Leadership & Development

• People Management: Direct, schedule, and coordinate a team of approximately 40 employees to ensure optimal floor coverage and operational efficiency.

• Performance Standards: Monitor team performance to ensure service delivery consistently aligns with Group quality standards.

Guest Experience & Relationship 

• Customer Loyalty: Cultivate strong guest relations, driving satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality service and proactive engagement.

• Promotional Engagement: Actively promote the establishment’s products, loyalty programs, and services to enhance the overall guest experience.

Compliance & Operations

• Autonomous Operations: Manage daily table games operations, ensuring decisive and structured problem-solving.

• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to gaming regulations, internal procedures, and auditing standards.

• Responsible Gaming & AML: Ensure the rigorous application of Responsible Gaming policies and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory provisions.
