Head of security

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management & Training: supervision, team leadership, and skill development for the field team (security guards and video surveillance staff). Management of scheduling, briefings, evacuation drills, and team cohesion.

• Safety & Fire Security: monitoring patrols, oversight of the fire safety system, protection of individuals, and securing cash transfers.

• Regulations & Conflict Management: diplomatic resolution of difficult situations and strict enforcement of the legal framework (access control, responsible gambling, anti-money laundering).

• Processes & Operations: development of operational procedures in collaboration with Executive Management.

• Customer Relations: guaranteeing an excellent, discreet, and confidential welcome focused on customer satisfaction.

• Working Conditions: shift work (nights, weekends, and public holidays).

• Liaison: act as the primary liaison with local authorities.
