About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Temp to support day-to-day management and execution across our Shopify ecosystem. This role will be hands-on in Shopify Admin, supporting our studios, B2C and B2B online stores. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex product, inventory, and content workflows in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Manage Shopify Admin across:
- B2C online store
- B2B online store
- POS locations across multiple countries and stores
- Execute monthly product launches on both B2C and B2B stores
- Own homepage and site content updates across stores
- Manage pricing updates on the B2B store
- Support and maintain Shopify Markets across regions
- Build and manage Shopify Flows to streamline operational processes
- Handle product transfers and inventory management across all locations and stores
- Manage and apply customer and product tags
- Create, manage, and QA discounts and promotions
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across products, pricing, inventory, and content
- Partner cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Ops, and Marketing teams to support launches and updates
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in Shopify Admin
- Experience managing: Online B2C and B2B stores, POS locations within Shopify
- Multi-store and multi-country setups
- Strong understanding of: Inventory management and product transfers, Shopify Flows, Shopify Markets, Discounts, tags, and pricing structures
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once
