We deliver consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, high voltage cables, biogas and hydrogen, as well as civil engineering services and project administration.

We are now looking for a Joint Venture Coordinator for one of our customers based in Stavanger.

Responsibilities:
Management of activities according to the Hub`s and the License plan
Ensure timely delivery and manage key elements in the annual cycle, Prelim budget, Work Program & Budget (WP&B), RNB, Production applications incl. relevant permits
Management Committee (MC) Secretary; organize and facilitate MC and TC meetings and follow-up, including L2S management
Prepare presentations, facilitate meetings, compile MoM, and booking of rooms and facilities
Manage L2S communication and internal document control for L2S documents
Provide admin assistance to the Hub Leader, participate in Department Management team meetings and assist in internal reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience, preferably within license management
