Erithy, previously known as Be Better Contractors, specializes in the design and construction of sustainable subsea infrastructure globally.
We deliver consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, high voltage cables, biogas and hydrogen, as well as civil engineering services and project administration.

We are now looking for a Senior Project Engineer - Automation for one of our customers based in Oslo.
Duration: 01.07.2026 - 30.06.2027
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in multidisciplinary project teams
Plan, design, program, test, and commission projects
Perform service and follow up on existing customers and installed systems
Program 800xA controllers and HMIs
Collaborate with and provide input to the sales organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or technical vocational education within automation or a related field
Experience with PLC/DCS programming is an advantage
Knowledge of communication between HMI systems and PLCs (OPC, Profibus, Modbus, Comli)
Ability to identify simple and practical solutions to complex problems
Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Some travel should be expected in connection with commissioning and service activities
